At Universal. we believe in being the voice of the unheard. Utica is a city that has a long history of welcoming immigrants and refugees from different countries and cultures. Many people in our community do not speak English as their primary language, yet they still need essential services such as healthcare, social, financial, law, and lastly education. Unfortunately, communication isn't always accessible to non-English speaking people. As diversity continues to grow we believe language service accessibility should not be restricted by environmental factors such as location or lack of local resources.
